GET RID OF STRONG BODY ODOR, BAD ODORS, TRIMETHYLAMINURIA (TMAU). Actually works!
TIPS TO HELP YOU GET RID OF THOSE BODY ODORS.
Every human has different types of human skin glands; the body odor is primarily the result of the apocrine sweat glands, which secrete the majority of chemical compounds needed for the skin flora to metabolize it into odorant substances. Sometimes this may vary depends on the foods that we eat and lifestyle.
After watching a story of a person who has problem with body odors, I get inspired of writing a VERY HELPFUL TIPS TO GET RID OF IT. (If you follow completely my tips and procedure)

note:
I am not promoting any brand to get any profit but I only show what I actually
use.
A friend of mine and even my bother follow my tips of advice. My friend has very unpleasant odor that even she takes a bath, the smell is still there, she is not diagnosed of heaving TMAU but we both suspect that she have that kind of disorder. Until i help her to try what I am doing every day. While my brother has different situation, he has bad underarm and feet odor which i always get mad at him as it has strong odor that i cannot tolerate especially when he remove it in his shoes the whole house will start to smell bad. He is using deodorant, foot powder and he use to take a bath for an hour but that odor is not easy to get rid of it until i taught him what he should use and do and it totally works for them.
He
is now feeling comfortable and minimized the smell of his body.
GET OFF TO THE BEST POSSIBLE START WITH THESE TIPS OF ADVICE AND PROCEDURE.
This only works if you follow completely my tip of advice.
1st, PROPER
TAKE A BATH,
Just
a regular bathing is not enough to get rid of the body odors in our body. Doing
a proper bathing is what we need in order to get rid of bad odors. It is like when you are
washing dishes, dish washing soap cannot just get rid of the oil and smell of
the dishes but you have to use a sponge to totally get rid of it.
I advice to use a body scrub towel,
sponge or a smooth stone to get rid of your dead skin cells, sweats, oils,
lotion on your skin. A good soap and shower gel can also help your skin
to make it smells good.
I use a body scrub towel with my favorite
soap Safeguard, as it has a good smell and anti bacterial agent.
For me I soap my body very well then I use a towel to scrub my body
every day, making sure that I scrub my body very well. I also
use a smooth stone to scrub my body at least once a week. This is very
effective to remove dead skin cells. I also use a shower gel after the
scrub leaving my skin a very good smell and even the bath room. These
shower gel we use are the Aromatherapy Shower gels of Bath
and Body; I usually use the ENERGY, HAPPINESS, RECHARGE, BLACK CURRANT
VANILLA, LAVANDER VANILLA, LAVENDER CHAMOMILLE and JASMINE VANILLA.
These shower gels will leave your skin a
very smooth, soft with aroma and relaxing feeling.
Take note! Please choose a soap
that is not too mild and not too strong. Avoid using a hard scrub or hard
sponge to avoid damaging your skin. You can also use your unused toothbrush to
brush your underarm with soap to remove the retain sweat and stains underarm.
Using a smooth stone which you can find just outside your house can also help
you remove dead skin cells.
Using soaps with a moderate pH, between
5.5 and 6.5. Trimethylamine is a strong base (pH 9.8), thus soaps with pH
closer to that of normal skin help retain the secreted trimethylamine in a less
volatile form that can be removed by washing.
How about a shampoo?

2nd, USE
A RIGHT DEODORANT
A deodorant is
a substance applied to the body to prevent body odor but don't prevent sweating.
They just reduce odor caused by the bacterial breakdown of perspiration in
armpits, feet, and other areas of the body. A subgroup of deodorants, antiperspirants,
affect odor as well as prevent sweating by affecting sweat glands.
If
you really want to avoid any unsightly white smears on your body and clothes,
then use the right deodorant. I prefer to use a Rexona deodorant Cotton dry or the Anti Bacterial + Invisible roll on.
Me
and my brother and friend prefer to use this as it is very light and not too
strong in perfume. Remember that strong perfume of the deodorant is not good so
we prefer to choose the light smell.
However, I don’t recommend the other smells or type of
the Rexona because some has very strong perfume and this are not really good in
preventing the smells of your body. I also DON’T
RECOMMEND BODY SPRAY AND STICK as it cause stain in clothes and skin.
HOW ARE YOU GOING TO USE THIS DEODORANT?
1. USE IT AS DAILY LOTION.
Open
one of it and mix it in a lotion, Yes, in a lotion, you can mix a one bottle of
deodorant roll on in 200ml to 400ml. Mix it well and use it as your daily
lotion.
-What
I used is the Bath and Body lotion but there are some certain smells I only
choose as not all the smells are good. What is mostly use is their
AROMATHERAPY LOTION
-Black
currant vanilla,
-Energy,
-Happiness,
-Sleep
Lavender vanilla,
-Jasmine
vanilla,
-Orange
Ginger
I
choose BnB lotion as it is not too thick and the smell is just soft in my taste,
in addition it has a good combination to Rexona Dry Cotton.
- I tried to use various types of lotions
before but it’s not effective. You can use any lotion but not the
strong smell and thick one. But if you
really want a good combi with a good smell then choose those lotions I
mentioned.
Take note! Please
avoid using body cream, this is too thick and it’s hot in the skin, even oils.
2. USE IT AS UNDERARM DEODORANT.
3. USE IT AS FOOT DEODORANT.
Before
wearing a clothes, and socks, make sure that your skin and your feet and
between toes are dry before you put a deodorant.
Roll
it in your under arm and toes, then let it dry. You can also massage it so it
can dry fast.
3rd, CHANGE
YOUR CLOTHING, most especially your under wears, socks,
and shoes.
Why?
It’s because the smell from your body is already stick on it and even you wash
it many times and put a perfume, it won’t work much at all.
When
you start to buy a new shoes, socks, and shirts you have to wash it carefully all
the time. Especially your under wear , inner clothes and your socks.
How? I use a Clorox or bleaching stain detergent in all my clothes. I used the Clorox Color Stain detergent in colored clothes, while bleaching or the Clorox white for the plain white and light colors.
Before
I wash the clothes, I separate my underwear/undershirts, panties, and socks
from my other clothes. Then I add 50ml of Clorox Color detergent to my washing
with my colored clothes. While my underwear and other clothes that exposed to
my inner areas, I add 30ml to 50ml of Clorox White Detergent or bleaching to my
washing. (Don’t apply Clorox white or bleaching directly to your clothes,
mix it with water for washing)
But
before your do that, I highly recommend
you to get an empty spray bottle with a big hole and fill it with Clorox
Colored detergent, then spray directly to the underarm area of your clothes,
your undies, and your socks with it and leave it at least 10 to 30 minutes
before washing it. Remember that we should rinse well our clothes to
remove the soap and detergent in it after washing, at least 2 to 3 times.
Then
I use a Fabric Conditioner to rinse and remove the smell of the Detergents I
used it twice after the first 2 rinsing. All in all I rinse my clothes 4x after
washing.
This idea will help you 100% TO GET RID OF THAT BAD
SMELLS AND STAINS from your clothes.
Take note! Please do not use any kind of Strong Perfume Spray in
your clothes and body, this will only make your odor gets worst. Trust me with
it. It won’t help you but it will just get worst. Just use cologne like for the babies.
4th, FOODS THAT YOU EAT + WATER
Sometimes our smells come from the food
that we eat, so I recommend to avoid eating.
- Eggs
- Liver
- Kidney
- Peas
- Beans
- Peanuts
- Soy
products
- Some Milk
products
- Brassicas
(brussel sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower)
- Lecithin
and lecithin-containing fish oil supplements
- Fish and
sea foods
- Chicken
FRUITS.. FRUITS.. FRUITS… CITRUS
FRUITS.
Eat more fruits! Yes, fresh
fruits. Make it a juice instead of buying the readymade. This is 100% proven;
even your juices down there will smell like thatJ.
In
addition of health benefits, citrus fruits can also do
wonders for your skin.
It helps brighten and rejuvenate the skin and fight off
free radicals for anti-aging benefits. While Lemon, is
among the most acidic of the citrus fruits but it is highly effective in treating hyper pigmentation
and brightening the skin. Lime helps treat
dark spots and acne and brightens the skin. Pineapple is called the skin water which makes you taste and smells
sweet.
What are the best fruits I can take?
Citrus fruits!
Pineapple, Orange, Lemon, kiwi, grapefruit, pomelo, lime, melon, papaya, Grapes and berries.
To add more, you can also add the Cucumber, carrots, tomato and squash on your diet.

These are the great fruits
and vegetables. Make it a habit! Trust me.
Even your drinking water,
you can pinch a lemon or lime in it and drink. The more the fruit the more you
feel better and smells better. Instead of eating unhealthy why not spend your
money on this and be healthy! Right?
However, if you really want
to eat fish, you can still eat!
Fish and sea food from fresh water has
lower amount of trimethylamine N-oxide. Like Walleye, Trout, Catfish, Bluegill,
and Salmon...
5th, Make your body sweat - EXERCISE!
Maybe, you wonder why I want you to get sweat; don’t
you know that sweating has good benefits? I am not telling you to do it when
you will go to mall, in school, or in work. Do it in your free time but do it
all the time. Because Sweating is the Best Way to Get Rid Of Toxins, It can
help eliminate phthalates, BPA, heavy metals and even chemical trimethylamine. So
don’t be afraid to get more sweats, instead do it to eliminate and decrease the
toxins and bad chemicals from your body.
What
my friend does is she wears a sauna suit and exercise during her free time;
this will make her sweat more. She does this to lessen the smells coming from
her body before she takes a rest and take a bath.
Take note! DO NOT BE AFRAID TO EXERCISE OR GETTING SWEAT, THINK ON YOURSELF BEFORE
OTHERS.
6th, TAKE A SUPPLEMENTS!
Don’t you know that taking
some supplements will help you to minimize your condition? Yes! It is! Taking
supplements to decrease the concentration of free trimethylamine in the urine.
·
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) supplements – This is to enhance any
residual enzyme activity in your intestine and your body. Recommended intake is
30-40mg taken 3-5 times per day with food.
·
Activated charcoal, this can be mix and include in baking.
·
Laxatives can decrease
intestinal transit time and reduce the amount of trimethylamine produced in the
gut.
·
Digestive enzyme and PROBIOTICS, this will definitely help you minimize
or even kill the TMAU effect; this will help you bring your digestive enzyme
into normal, as it Produce lactic acid, which creates acidic media in the upper
GI tract. This environment is favorable for the beneficial bacteria, but it
inhibits the growth of acid sensitive pathogenic bacteria.
-What me and my friend uses is the VITACOLON, It enhance
intestinal barrier function, under normal physiological conditions, intestinal
barrier is maintained by several factors like mucus production, water and
chloride secretion and epithelial cells that form tight junction. Disruption of epithelial barrier may occur in several clinical
conditions such as enteric infections, celiac diseases and infection bowl
disease, enhancement of epithelial barrier integrity may be an important
mechanism through which the probiotic bacteria benefit in these disease
conditions.
It is important that a person who has TMAU or who suffers from bad
body odor to follow the treatment advice, but off course you can also ask this
to your health care provider.
